Attorney Callahan has extensive experience negotiating, structuring and closing debt and equity financing transactions including commercial financings and secured transactions. Jim Callahan holds an MBA with a finance concentration and brings these added skills to his practice.

Jim Callahan, raised on Cape Cod, was previously a partner in the Worcester and Boston, Massachusetts-based firm of Bowditch & Dewey, and the Nashua, New Hampshire firm of Sullivan & Gregg.
